Our lives are often out of balance leaving us craving what we don't have. This class combines the elements of movement and stillness so we can feel the equanimity of both.
The first half class we will turn up the heat will as we explore movement in action to light the fire from within and to loosen up tension in the body.
After we build the fire we turn down the heat and come to our mats for a series of mostly seated postures with little to no movement so you can surrender into a more relaxed state where you can truly let go of tension in both body and mind. The class will close with a short guided meditation as we lead into final savasana leaving you relaxed and ready to take on whatever life hands you.
