Living from the Heart

The heart center is a soft space. It is a place where we harness a calm energy. Within this space we feel love with no boundaries, we live without fear. In the heart there is an unspoken certainty that all is as it should be and that our life’s plan is in action. Our world is ever-changing but as we learn to live from the heart we are able to move and shift with the ebbs and flows with grace and ease.

The mind harnesses another energy, its more ridged and dark. It creates stories that will undoubtedly hold us back and disconnect us from our heart and our light. It is the “I cant’s” and the self doubt.

In the space of the mind we create stories and limitations. We create actions based off of reactions and draw conclusions on our actions instead of our truths. The mind is very powerful and has the ability to mask the heart at steer us away from our deep internal being. By recognizing this and building awareness it is possible to live in balance of the light and dark. We must see the stories as they unravel in front of our eyes without reaction. We must confront our darkest side and ask the question “how does this serve me?” and we must learn to detach from the ego and disconnect from the need to give into the reaction knowing that we have everything we need within our hearts to be strong. Learn to live and let go and always remember to breathe.
