Torch Tribe goes Virtual

1. Go to the MindBody app on your phone or on the internet using www.mindbody.com . You will need to make a profile on the mind body site. Be sure that you have an e-mail that you can access to stream your classes. From there , Search Torch Yoga studio, give it a heart and add it to your favorites so you can easily access it !

2. Tap on theTorch Yoga Studio banner and the schedule will pop up, from there pick a class and BOOK.

3.You will need to tap on Pay with to choose a pass.

4. After choosing a pass, the pass will populate and you will be sent back to the front page , Click on Pay with to add your Credit card.

5. Once you see the last screen your class is booked! But wait ! One last step

Download Zoom either the App or https://www.zoom.us.You will make a profile.

The email you provided while making your MindBody profile will be the one you will need to check to get your class confirmation and streaming site. Check your email 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class.

You should see something from Firgrid. Please be sure you have hello@fitgrid.com saved to contacts so it doesn’t end up in spam. You will receive 2 e-mails , one is an introduction on how it will work and confirming your class.

Second e-mail will have the one that provides the Play button you will press when its time for your class! You can log on 15 minutes prior and chat with the teacher. Be sure that you are muted so the instructor can be heard. It is your choice if you would like your own camera on during the class for everyone to see you. After the class is over, just click the red LEAVE in the top right of your class. We hope you have an awesome experience!
