Back 2 Basics

This 75 minute beginner-friendly yoga class brings you back to the basics with fundamental poses and guidance centered on proper alignment. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking for a refresher, this class is the perfect balance of feel-good movement and foundational technique so you kick start your practice with success.

fundamentals

Our daily lives can lead to unnecessary tension, stress and disconnection. This class allows you to step back into your body. You will leave feeling free, grounded, with a greater appreciation for wellbeing. This scientifically designed set sequence class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. You can modify the intensity level to suit your needs. And the precision of the instruction always offers new learning experiences and opportunities for exploration.

Fire and ice

Our lives are often out of balance leaving us craving what we don't have. This class combines the elements of movement and stillness so we can feel the equanimity of both.

The first half class we will turn up the heat will as we explore movement in action to light the fire from within and to loosen up tension in the body.

After we build the fire we turn down the heat and come to our mats for a series of mostly seated postures with little to no movement so you can surrender into a more relaxed state where you can truly let go of tension in both body and mind. The class will close with a short guided meditation as we lead into final savasana leaving you relaxed and ready to take on whatever life hands you.

RYA Lite

So many of us are stuck at the computer all day or we forget to take time out of our daily routine to take care of our bodies which leaves the body and mind feeling overwhelmed, tired and stiff. If you love the idea of Rockyurasana but looking for something a little more laid back at lunch time, take a mid-day break out of the daily routine with our RYT Lite class. In this class we will infuse elements of Rockyurasana at a slower pace with an emphasis on alignment and technique. The intention of this class is to move the body so you can leave feeling energized and focused as you ease into the rest of your day.

scorch and burn

We don’t often take time to still the body because it can be uncomfortable. This class allows us to explore all that still ness has to offer allowing us to grow stronger with every breath. We will move through postures slowly holding from time to time to sit with the uncomfortable sensation. As the room heats up so will the body. By the end of class every muscle will be scorched leaving you stronger than ever both mentally and physically.

ROCKYURASANA

So many people live in a state of boredom and complacency with the routine of a 9-5 life. Break out of monotony, get an amazing work out, connect to yourself and have fun with this dynamic never the same flow class. This class hinges on linking breath with dynamic movement. Expect the unexpected: the class will change, challenge you, and make you smile while you sweat. In this progressive class, modifications will be given so you can choose your own adventure and intensity level. Expect to throw in so HITT training along the way.

We are told what to do from the moment we wake up each day leaving us feeling bored, uninspired and foggy. This is class designed to challenge mind, body, and spirit. The instructor will guide students through a sequence of postures. Once the sequence is established the students will have the opportunity to move and breathe on their own.This freedom creates a space of exploration and creativity bringing joy and curiosity back to daily routine. This class is open to all students but is recommended that practitioners have previous yoga experience.

Unroll your mat for a fun filled, invigorating flow.This is a challenging class that incorporates weights and yoga movements that is sure to push you to your limits. With regular practice you will firm up, strengthen and tone the body and challenge the mind more than you have ever imagined. There is no better way to get into tip top shape for summer. Bring your weights and step up to the challenge.

sweet surrender

Stress manifests in areas of the body due to repetitive movements or lack of motion. This can lead to energetic blockages over time leaving you feeling foggy and disconnected. A yin infused practice is aimed to lengthen out the fascial tissue that intertwines a surrounds every muscle in the body. These mostly seated postures will target areas of the body that hold on to tension such as hips, hamstrings, low back and shoulders. Postures are held in a static position for an extended period of time to trigger a deep surrendering release. This is an excellent class for anyone wanting to experience deep relaxation and to build flexibility.

Torch My Ride is our signature indoor cycle class that is a highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all ages and fitness levels.
