Resilience isn’t being untouchable, but rather after a drawback being able to cope with the setback. We all have the ability to be resilient. But how do we do it? When there is a set back, people often feel defeated and discouraged. But know that these feeling aren’t here to stay, you are done with them and it’s time to move on up! After the rain comes a rainbow after all. We have all been through life changes we never thought we would see in our lifetime. Look at us, we are surviving and thriving despite it all. We can handle anything, not only that but we can be resilient and come out on top. How do I know this ? Because we are doing it everyday. We wake up everyday and conquer the day giving it our best. Do yourself a favor and see the victories that you have daily. Be mindful of how resilient you have been moment by moment.
